- Chisel 1.9, 1.10 uses a different API to specify IO cells. Chisel 1.11 is what SCuMv24 etc use successfully, but needs glibc 2.29 among other things, which needs GCC 5 (and make 4, and more) to compile which does not come standard on RHEL7. GCC 5 compiled from source, which enabled glibc to be compiled from source… things might be un-stick so far.
