Documentation for this paper is not available, I red the paper and I found that it is not so related to what I am studying currently.
Remark:
The design on extraction of PUF information using scan chain can successfully substitute the asymmetric
encryption module which incurs much design overhead into original design.When two information matches, the lock inserted in the original design will be released and the chip can work as a normal chip. Otherwise, the design is locked and it will never work normally.
