- Lots of interesting conversations; some DARPA folks even said “Let me think about this and talk to some people” re chip-scale wireless sensors
- Overall microelectronics focus on heterogeneous integration and AI
- AI assisted chip design tools
- Bill Daly (Nvidia) talk especially good
  - All talks will be online in a few weeks
- Workshop on workforce development
  - Goal was to find a technology to fund that would also facilitate increased training in semiconductor areas
  - ~25 attendees including speakers, heavy Berkeley influence
  - Speakers and audience repeatedly emphasized need for long-term and diverse training investment; not really in DARPA’s scope
